BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 18. A total of 4 billion manat ($2.3 billion) or 10.1 percent of state budget expenditures in 2025 will be spent on the restoration of the territories liberated from occupation, TurkicWorld reports, referring to the Azerbaijani Finance Ministry.
According to the report, this is 17.6 percent less than the approved forecast for 2024.
