BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 18, The US embassy in Beirut has advised all American citizens not to travel to Lebanon and to reconsider travel to or through the Middle East.
In a statement, the embassy cited high tensions in the region and noted that the security environment remains complex, with the potential for unforeseen escalation.
Similarly, the US embassy in Jerusalem issued a statement advising Americans not to travel to Gaza, northern Israel, or the Egyptian border (except for the Taba crossing).
