BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 3. US President Donald Trump criticized a recent House of Representatives vote aimed at limiting his authority over military action against Iran, calling the measure “meaningless” and describing it as “unpatriotic.”
TurkicWorld reports that the Republican-led House passed a resolution to restrict Trump’s ability to continue attacks on Iran without congressional approval.
On his Truth Social account, Trump accused both Democrats and four Republican lawmakers of acting against the country and undermining his negotiations to end the conflict with Iran. He described Democrats as driven by personal animosity and the four Republicans as “grandstanders.”
