BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 28. Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei заявил, что США и Израиль пытаются спровоцировать внутренние расколы в Иране, используя политическое, экономическое и информационное давление против страны.
TurkicWorld reports that in a written statement published by Iranian state media, Khamenei said Washington and Tel Aviv were pursuing a strategy aimed at weakening Iran from within after failing to achieve their objectives through military means.
“The enemy’s blind plan – after the imposed war, the economic pressure, and the political and propaganda siege – is to create divisions and disintegration in order to compensate for military defeats and bring the nation to its knees,” Khamenei stated.
The Iranian leader called for stronger national solidarity and urged the population to maintain unity in the face of what he described as coordinated external pressure campaigns.
His remarks come amid heightened tensions across the Middle East following recent military escalations involving Iran, Israel and US regional interests. Iranian officials have repeatedly accused Western countries and Israel of attempting to undermine domestic stability through sanctions, political pressure and media influence.
Analysts believe the statement reflects Tehran’s increasing concern over both regional confrontation and potential internal unrest as geopolitical tensions continue to rise.
