BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 9. President of Russia Vladimir Putin and President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon have signed a joint statement to deepen the strategic partnership and alliance, TurkicWorld reports, citing the Kremlin.
The statement was signed during Vladimir Putin's official visit to Tajikistan.
