BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 2. The activities of Western countries in Armenia are destabilizing in nature, the Spokesperson for Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova said during a briefing, commenting on the USAID's decision to increase financial assistance to Armenia, TurkicWorld reports.
“This simply confirms the destabilizing nature of the activities of Western countries, both in Armenia and in the South Caucasus as a whole,” Zakharova noted.
She added that it's impossible to ignore these facts, these trends, and the experiences of neighboring states and other countries around the world where similar experiments have already been conducted.
