Washington, Baghdad not discussing US troop withdrawal from Iraq, Deputy Chief of the US State Department Spokesman's Service Vedant Patel says, TurkicWorld reports.
"We have not at any stage discussed the withdrawal of American troops from Iraq. However, we are discussing the transition to what we will call a bilateral security partnership," he said.
According to him, it is about the stage of development of previous bilateral strategic negotiations.
