At the NATO summit to be held in Washington, Bulgaria intends to make a proposal for negotiations between Russia and Ukraine, aid acting Prime Minister of Bulgaria Dimitar Glavchev, TurkicWorld reports.
He said that Bulgaria could take on the role of mediator in these negotiations.
“I am really thinking of putting forward a proposal for negotiations in which Bulgaria could become a mediator,” he said.
According to him, the only point that needs to be emphasized is that these negotiations must take place in accordance with the UN Charter and international law.
