We regret Russia's decision on the grain deal.
United Nations (UN) Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said this, TurkicWorld reports.
"We deeply regret Russia's decision to cancel the Black Sea grain agreement, including its refusal to guarantee sea transport in the north-west of the Black Sea," - Antonio Guterres said.
Guterres noted that the UN will seek to facilitate the unhindered access of food and fertiliser from Ukraine and Russia to the world market.
