The campaign that Armenia has launched is aimed at putting all the blame for lack of progress on Azerbaijan, Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan for Special Assignments, Elchin Amirbayov, said in an interview with German Deutsche Welle, TurkicWorld reports.
