BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 30. The opening ceremony of a new cement plant took place in the Andijan region of Uzbekistan, press service of the regional administration says, TurkicWorld reports.
According to information, Chinese companies Conch International Holdings Limited and Zhejiang Shangfeng Building Materials Co Ltd. invested $250 million in direct investment in this project.
It is reported that the plant will produce approximately 2.5 million tons of cement annually.
