BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 4. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has accused Israel of attempting to undermine a recent memorandum of understanding between the United States and Iran, saying Turkiye remains ready to support any effort aimed at achieving peace in the region.
Speaking at a joint media conference in Istanbul with Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Erdogan said the mediation process had been “full of difficulties”.
He warned Israel against actions that could destabilise regional peace, adding that ongoing conflicts in Syria and Lebanon were part of a wider pattern of instability in the region.
