Specialists of the Azerbaijan Energy Regulatory Agency (AERA) have familiarized themselves with Türkiye's experience in regulating the gas market, the statement of AERA said, TurkicWorld reports.
“During an online meeting within the framework of the Interforum Action Plan for 2024 of the working group ‘Regulation’ of the III Azerbaijani-Turkish Energy Forum, gas supply specialist of the Energy Market Regulation Agency of Türkiye (EMRA) Koray Kalaycioglu made a presentation titled ‘Türkiye's experience in regulating gas markets’,” the AERA statement noted.
To note, Türkiye has considerable experience in the issues of gas market structure, market liberalization, and legislative framework.
