BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 22. Türkiye does not take seriously the joint military exercises of the US and Armenia, Turkish Minister of National Defense, Yashar Guler said, TurkicWorld reports.
According to him, the involvement of 25 military personnel there may be misinterpreted in the conditions of current tension, therefore, all countries should act very carefully.
Joint US-Armenian exercises began on September 11. The Eagle PARTNER-2023 exercises, which lasted until September 20, were held on the basis of the Armenian "Zar" training center.
It should be noted that the mentioned military exercises took place amid the deteriorating relations of Armenia with Russia. In particular, official circles of Russia said that a note of protest was just given to Vagharshak Harutyunyan, the Armenian ambassador to Russia, at the start of the exercises.
