BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 29. On January 28, 2026, within the framework of an official visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan, a meeting was held between the President of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, Mrs. Aktoty Raimkulova, and the President of Astana International University (AIU), Mr. Serik Irsaliev, as well as representatives of Astana HUB and NITEC JSC, TurkicWorld reports.
In the course of the meeting, detailed information was presented on the activities of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, ongoing projects, as well as the Foundation's priority areas of work in the field of preservation, study, and international promotion of the rich cultural heritage of the Turkic world.
The President of the Foundation, Mrs. Aktoty Raimkulova, emphasized that the organization attaches particular importance to modern approaches in the fields of science, education, and innovation, noting the importance of expanding cooperation with higher educational institutions and structures.
The president of Astana International University, Mr. Serik Irsaliev, gave a detailed information about the academic potential of the university, research directions, and opportunities for international cooperation, expressing interest in the implementation of joint initiatives for the study of Turkic cultural heritage and its popularization through digital platforms. Representatives of Astana HUB and NITEC JSC in turn, noted the possibilities of applying innovations, startups, and digital solutions in the sphere of preserving and promoting cultural heritage.
Within the framework of the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for further cooperation and exchanged views on the implementation of joint projects, the development of scientific and educational programs, as well as the application of digitalization and innovative approaches.
