Within the framework of the working visit to France, president of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation Aktoty Raimkulova met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the French Republic Leyla Abdullayeva.

The meeting discussed the activities of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation to preserve and promote in the international arena the cultural heritage of Turkic peoples with a common historical past and values, TurkicWorld reports.

During the conversation, the initiative and work of the Foundation to add a new transnational Turkic nomination to the UNESCO World Heritage List - the original art of Gurama belonging to the Turkic world was highly appreciated.

The meeting continued with an exchange of views on the expansion of relations between the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation and the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the French Republic, as well as the implementation of further joint activities.
