The terminal will be fully operational this year, and by January 2025, its maximum capacity will reach 360,000 kilometers of cargo transportation per year. We're very hopeful for the successful development of this facility and are confident that it will be an important contribution to the development of regional infrastructure," he emphasized.

To note, the modernization of BTK has increased its capacity fivefold, from one million to five million tons of cargo annually. This improvement pertains to the segment of the corridor running through Azerbaijan and Georgia. Further developments in Türkiye are expected to enhance cargo volumes over time.
