BRUSSELS, Belgium, May 14. During the meeting with President Ilham Aliyev and Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, an agreement was reached that some detainees would be released in the coming weeks, Charles Michel, President of the European Council, told journalists, TurkicWorld reports.
President Michel did not specify which detainees he was talking about.
