Turkish Vice President Fuat Oktay arrived on a visit to Azerbaijan, Fuat Oktay wrote on his Twitter page, TurkicWorld reports.

"We are in Azerbaijan to participate in the 10th meeting of the Intergovernmental Joint Economic Commission of Türkiye and Azerbaijan and strengthen our cooperation in all areas," Turkish Vice President noted.
