BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 1. Azerbaijan’s Prime Minister Ali Asadov met with the Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), Kubanychbek Omuraliev, to discuss cooperation within the organization, TurkicWorld reports, citing the Cabinet of Ministers.
The meeting focused on the current state and prospects of cooperation under the OTS framework, with both sides highlighting the organization’s growing role as a multilateral platform.
The sides noted that collaboration among member states has significantly expanded in recent years across political, economic, transport, energy, and humanitarian sectors.
During the talks, the sides emphasized that efforts would continue to further strengthen cooperation and enhance the international standing of the OTS during Azerbaijan’s chairmanship.
