A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed with the participation of the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Tourism and Cultural Heritage of Uzbekistan Aziz Abdukhakimov and Chairman of the Board of Directors of China CAMC Engineering Co.Ltd. Wang Bo during Uzbekistan – China Summit, in Samarkand, reports TurkicWorld with the reference Uza.uz.

According to the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Heritage, the memorandum provides:

– to establish cooperation on the implementation of investment projects for the construction and operation of ropeways in Uzbekistan;

– to attract experts to promote investment projects within the framework of the agreement;

– to send a group of specialists to select sites intended for the construction of ropeways, and to clarify the details of cooperation at the technical and financial level;

– to organize training in the management and operation of ropeways.

As part of the preparation of a bilateral document, representatives of the China CAMC Engineering Co.Ltd. visited Bostanlyk district to study the infrastructural conditions of the region. The Chinese delegation expressed interest in the investment projects of the Directorate of the Tourist and Recreational Zone “Charvak”, as well as in the construction of a cable car in Bostanlyk district.
