BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 20. The signing ceremony of the memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the field of consular affairs between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan and Montenegro has been held, the Azerbaijani ministry said in a statement, TurkicWorld reports.
