BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 29. An English-language article by Ambassador Gismat Gozalov, titled “Partnership Built on Common Heritage: The Rise of Azerbaijan–Turkmenistan Relations,” has been published in the journal Foreign Policy and Diplomacy of Turkmenistan, TurkicWorld reported.
