BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 16. On July 16, the daughter of the Chairman of Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Oguljahan Atabayeva, and Leyla Aliyeva, Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, visited the Heydar Aliyev Center, TurkicWorld reports.
Director of the Heydar Aliyev Center, Anar Alakbarov, informed the guest about the Heydar Aliyev Center, which is considered one of the rare gems of world architecture. It was noted that the Center's activities are aimed at an in-depth study and research of the philosophy of statehood of the National Leader of the Azerbaijani people, Heydar Aliyev, the ideology of Azerbaijanism, and the legacy of the National Leader.
The Heydar Aliyev Museum presents various aspects of the conceptual activity of the great leader, both during the Soviet era and during the years of independence of our country, in a virtual format.
Oguljahan Atabayeva first reviewed the cars that were in official use during the period of Azerbaijan's leadership by the great leader, from 1969 through 2003. The guests were greatly interested in exhibits, photographs, and a multimedia room reflecting various periods of the National Leader's activity, both during the Soviet period and during the years of independence.
The guest, who also got acquainted with the "Pearls of Azerbaijan" exhibition, was informed that this exhibition presents rare exhibits related to the inexhaustible natural resources, the centuries-old history, and the cultural heritage of our country. Rare examples of ancient professions, including the Azerbaijani school of carpet weaving, are on display here, and attention was also drawn to the fact that our ancient musical instruments are presented in their original form, with sound. It was noted that visitors to the exhibition, which features Azerbaijani national costumes and ancient coins, can also see sacred books in different languages.
After visiting the exhibition "Musical Instruments: Unity and Diversity", Oguljahan Atabayeva visited the exhibition of Azerbaijani carpets "Doll in Art" and "Loop Dance". Then the guest got acquainted with the exhibitions "The Secret of the Rose" by the famous sculptor Andrey Ostashov and "Reflection of Eternity" by the artist and sculptor Luis de Souza.
Following the visit to the center, Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva met with Oguljahan Atabayeva, the daughter of Chairman of the People's Council of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. After the meeting, the director of the Center, Anar Alakbarov, presented the guest with a memorable gift. Oguljahan Atabayeva left the Center with a positive impression.
