BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 12. Ahmad al-Sharaa, the Interim President of the Syrian Arab Republic, arrived in Azerbaijan on a working visit on July 12, TurkicWorld reports.
An inaugural reception was conducted at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, featuring the ceremonial presentation of the national ensigns of both nations. A formalized ceremonial honor guard was meticulously convened to pay homage to the esteemed dignitary.
Ahmad al-Sharaa was welcomed by First Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan, Yagub Eyyubov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Fariz Rzayev, and other senior officials.
