About 20,000 Azerbaijanis have left Ukraine, Azerbaijan's Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov said at a joint press conference with OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland Zbigniew Rau, TurkicWorld reports.
According to him, roughly 4,000 of our compatriots left Ukraine due to the strained situation in the country through the territory of Poland.
"We thank the Polish side for the conditions created for this," Bayramov said.
