The Declaration on Allied Cooperation between Azerbaijan and Russia dated February 22, 2022 is bringing the parties to a new level of development of relations, Russian Ambassador Mikhail Bocharnikov said at a press conference, TurkicWorld reports.
According to Bocharnikov, this document has become a key aspect of the meeting between presidents of the two countries.
"The provisions of this declaration lay the foundation for our cooperation in accordance with international law," he noted.
