BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 7. The Azerbaijani Parliament has sent a congratulatory letter to First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva on International Women's Day on March 8, Trend reports.
The relevant proposal was announced by the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament Sahiba Gafarova.
The proposal was approved.
