BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 15. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on expanding the coverage and financing of new content educational programs in higher education, TurkicWorld reports.
The decree was signed with the aim of transitioning from quantitative to quality-based funding in the higher education system and improving funding mechanisms.
According to the document, the coverage of the "SABAH" program will be gradually expanded by 2028, starting from the 2025-2026 academic year.
