BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 11. President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko arrived in Azerbaijan on November 11 to attend the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29), TurkicWorld reports.
