BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 7. Azerbaijan's Parliament has sent a congratulatory letter to President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva on the occasion of Victory Day celebrated on November 8, TurkicWorld reports.
According to information, the proposal to this end was made by the Chairperson of the Azerbaijani Parliament Sahiba Gafarova at today's session of the Parliament.
MPs supported the proposal.
