BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 6. The holding of municipal election is expedient after January 25, the chairperson of the Central Election Commission of Azerbaijan Mazahir Panahov said, TurkicWorld reports.
Panahov noted that the exact date of municipal election will be announced in late November.
