Turkish Vice President Fuat Oktay has made a Twitter post on the occasion of 32nd anniversary of Azerbaijan's January 20 tragedy, TurkicWorld reports.
"I respectfully honor the memory of our brothers who sacrificed their lives for the independence of Azerbaijan on January 20, 1990," said the publication.
