BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 27. We honor with deep respect the memory of the martyrs of the Second Karabakh war, the publication of the Turkish embassy's on X said on the occasion of the Day of Remembrance, TurkicWorld reports.
"With deep respect, we honor the memory of all Martyrs who gave their lives for the independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of brotherly Azerbaijan!" the publication reads.
To note, according to the decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev dated December 2, 2020, Azerbaijan annually celebrates Remembrance Day on September 27 as a sign of deep respect for Azerbaijani soldiers and officers who heroically fought in the second Karabakh War and gave their lives for the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.
