BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 19. The group of personnel of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan visited the Second Alley of Martyrs on the occasion of the anniversary of anti-terrorist measures of local character carried out by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces in Karabakh on September 19-20, TurkicWorld reports, referring to the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry.
"After the announcement of a minute of silence in memory of the martyrs, the national anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was played accompanied by a military band.
Flowers were laid on the graves of martyrs, and their memory was honored.
The event talked about the eternal memory of the martyrs and noted with confidence that the memory of them will always live," the statement reads.
