BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 2. Armenia must take serious steps if it wants peace in the region, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said during a joint press conference with Serbian Foreign Minister Marko Đurić, TurkicWorld reports.
The Minister mentioned that his Serbian opposite number was provided with detailed information on large-scale reconstruction and construction works carried out in the territories liberated from occupation, as well as the return of people to their native lands.
"It was noted the fact that in the Constitution of Armenia, there remain claims to the territory of Azerbaijan. I stressed that this is the most serious element of threat to the process of peace and normalization. Armenia must take serious steps if it wants peace in the region," he added.
