BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 5. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan has raised a red flag for citizens who are thinking of heading to Lebanon and Palestine, TurkicWorld reports via the ministry.
"Due to the rapidly changing security scene in Lebanon, Azerbaijani citizens are advised against traveling to Lebanon unless absolutely necessary. Those currently residing in or traveling through Lebanon are urged to leave the country as soon as possible.
Citizens of Azerbaijan living in Lebanon should follow safety precautions and stay away from crowded areas," the Ministry noted.
Similarly, given the rapidly changing security landscape in Palestine, Azerbaijani citizens are also strongly urged to steer clear of visiting Palestine unless it is absolutely unavoidable.
"Azerbaijani nationals residing in Palestine or currently present in the country are advised to adhere to safety protocols and refrain from visiting densely populated areas," the ministry emphasized.
