BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 26. Azerbaijan is ready to provide humanitarian support to Somalia, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said at a joint press conference with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Federal Republic of Somalia Ahmed Moalim Fiqi, TurkicWorld reports.
“Azerbaijan is ready to provide humanitarian aid to Somalia. We have an educational program for OIC countries, and already several young people from Somalia have benefited from it. This cooperation will continue in the future. Several events are planned to be held in Azerbaijan this year, the largest of which is COP29. We will be happy to see a delegation from Somalia at this conference,” the minister noted.
