BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 18. Madat Guliyev has been appointed Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of Azerbaijan, TurkicWorld reports.
The corresponding decree was signed by President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
