BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 3. A preventive measure in the form of arrest for a period of four months has been chosen against terrorist Madat Babayan, suspected of participation in the Khojaly massacre, TurkicWorld reports.
The relevant decision was made at a trial chaired by Judge Gunel Samadova of the Sabail District Court in Baku.
