A delegation headed by the chairman of the Independent Permanent Human Rights Commission within the framework of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) arrived in Azerbaijan at the invitation of the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsperson) of the Republic of Azerbaijan Sabina Aliyeva to conduct a fact-finding mission in Ganja, Aghdam and Fuzuli districts, TurkicWorld reports.
