BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 24. Khalaf Khalafov has been appointed representative of President of Azerbaijan for special assignments, TurkicWorld reports.
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed the relevant decree.
Following another decree of the head of state, Khalaf Khalafov was dismissed from the post of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan.
