BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 16. An earthquake has struck the Caspian Sea, the Bureau of Earthquake Research told TurkicWorld.
The quake measured 3.1 in magnitude and occurred at 05:57 (GMT+4).
The epicenter was located 74 kilometers below the surface.
