Officers from the Agdam District Police Department took control of entry and exit from the scene of the incident.
ANAMA personnel are currently inspecting the scene.
22:10 (GMT+4) A resident of Azerbaijan's Agdam district was blown up by a mine, TurkicWorld reports.
A mine incident occurred in the village of Chemenli in the district.
The village resident Malik Gadir oglu Mamedov was blown up by a mine while sowing. He is currently being taken to the hospital.
An investigation has been launched into the mine incident.
