BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 19. The last patient injured in the Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) plane crash near Aktau, en route from Baku to Grozny, has been discharged from the hospital, TurkicWorld reports citing the Administration of the Regional Medical Divisions (TABIB).
A female patient, who was initially admitted to the intensive care unit at Yeni Klinika and underwent surgery, is now in stable condition. However, due to the need for ongoing medical rehabilitation, her treatment will continue at the Medical Rehabilitation Center under the supervision of TABİB.
Two other patients, previously transferred to the Medical Rehabilitation Center from Yeni Klinika, have been discharged for outpatient care after their conditions were deemed stable.
Another patient, who had voluntarily moved to Balaken Central District Hospital, was also discharged today and is now receiving outpatient treatment.
The health of all discharged patients will be closely monitored by local physicians in their communities.
