On February 18, starting at 22:30, units of the Armenian armed forces from positions located in the Gyulaly village of Tovuzgala district on the state border, without any reason, intermittently fired at the positions of the Azerbaijani army in the direction of the Munjuglu settlement of Tovuz district from firearms, TurkicWorld reports citing Azerbaijani Defense Ministry.
