In January-November 2024, Uzbekistan exported 2.75 thousand tons of cherries to Kyrgyzstan, according to data of the Statistics Agency under the president of Uzbekistan.
Russia, which bought more than 25.42 thousand tons of cherries from Uzbekistan, was the main buyer. Kazakhstan took second place (3.52 thousand tons), and Kyrgyzstan took third place (2.75 thousand tons).
The Uzbek side also exported 193 tons of cherries to Belarus, 118 tons to the United Arab Emirates, 91 tons to China, and 28 tons to Korea. Another 25.1 tons of cherries were delivered to other countries.
In total, in 10 months of last year, Uzbekistan exported 32.2 thousand tons of cherries worth $70.3 million to foreign countries.
