As part of an official visit to Berlin, President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov met on Tuesday with Federal President of the Federal Republic of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier.
During the meeting, which was held in a tête-à-tête format, the sides discussed the possibilities of expanding Kyrgyz-German cooperation, including prospects for interaction in the political, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres. They also discussed current issues on the global international agenda and measures to ensure regional security.
The heads of state noted their mutual readiness to further develop and strengthen Kyrgyz-German relations in both bilateral and multilateral formats.
