BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 30. The Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) has received three more sapper dogs to demine the liberated territories, TurkicWorld reports.
This issue was discussed at a business meeting of donors and partners of the Karabakh Revival Fund and ANAMA.
The dogs were purchased by Azerlottery OJSC and transferred to ANAMA through the mediation of the foundation to speed up the process of the Great Return [state program of the return of former IDPs to the liberated territories].
To note, a working meeting of ANAMA with donors and partners of the Karabakh Revival Fund was held today.
The event, organized to support ANAMA's activities in the process of demining of territories, which is one of the biggest upcoming tasks to accelerate the implementation of the Great Return Plan, was attended by officials, deputies, donors, and partners of the Karabakh Revival Fund, as well as media representatives.
