BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 9. Study at the Mehdi Mehdizade Secondary School in Azerbaijan's liberated Jabrayil city has launched, TurkicWorld reports.
A total of 122 pupils are studying in the school, and by the end of the year, this number is expected to reach 400.
The school covering an area of 2.7 hectares includes 40 classrooms and five administrative offices. The classrooms are equipped with the necessary teaching materials. The educational institution also features laboratories for chemistry, physics, and biology, as well as technology and computer rooms, four STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math) rooms, a library, an assembly hall, a sports hall, and a canteen.
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva participated in the opening ceremony of the mentioned 960-seat school on October 3.
